Lonnie Latham
An Atlanta resident for over 40 years and a real estate advisor for over 30 years, Lonnie resides in beautiful Historic Norcross with his family. He received his Bachelor's of Business Administration in Professional Sales from Harding University in 1998, at which point he obtained his real estate license, and remained loyal to his initial career choice up to current day. After initially receiving his license at age 20, Lonnie has had the pleasure of assisting countless clients as both a buyer’s and a listing agent. His experience has been that buyers and sellers are seeking one thing: A Professional. He strives to bring professionalism to The Latham Group through creating systems that allow the team to not only function as a well-run business, but showcase their great attention to detail. Lonnie's goal is to provide a real estate experience that balances the joy and excitement of finding your new home with sound financial decision making.
Lonnie is engaged in many activities, is an avid investor, and he also is an MC/DJ for events occasionally. Lonnie works hard to provide a worry-free experience, whether buying or selling. Beyond just real estate, he continues to enjoy community life in his neighborhood, as well as the benefits of being only minutes away from downtown Atlanta. Lonnie has seen Atlanta grow from a population of one million to over 5 million, and growing.
